We try to catch at least one Red Sox game in Seattle every year.  Though it was a riveting and very close game, the Red Sox lost to the Mariners on 23 Jul 2006.  We also played around a little in Seattle since we were there for an overnight trip.

Going to the farmer's market thing is always a must while in Seattle.  Amy likes it.

This was posted outside a magic shop.  If only...

This is all inside the farmer's market thing.  It's quite the convoluted and multi-tiered structure.

It's also kinda dark in there.

We went to go eat at a nice restaurant with a view of the harbor.

The entire meal was great up until we wanted our check.  It took them over 20 mins to even come by with it.  Sheesh!

We stopped by an arcade later in the day.

I've never liked pinball, but the kids seemed to enjoy it.  It must be retro to them.  Hell, it's retro to me.

The boys found a sign that amused them.

I found one too.  Look carefully.

After dinner and some more walking, we got some ice cream and headed back towards the hotel.

The next day, we drove over to Safeco Field.

The opening lineup.

Manny and David.

COFFEE!  And I think there's some hint of a baseball game too.
