Patrick's kindergarten class had a China day.  They dressed up, ate Chinese food, built a great wall and learned a little bit about China, its history and culture.  Here are some pictures from that day in January, 2004. They have pictures of Chinese things along the wall. And information about China posted as well. Here's the map of China that Patrick made. They even got to eat Chinese food. I think this is the first attempt Patrick has ever made at using chopsticks. Then they got to learn about the Great Wall. And proceeded to build one of their own. Those lightweights gave up!  It's only Patrick `till the end. "Yup, this is my wall.  I built it.  I'm pretty proud of my accomplishment."
