Scott Gancarz marries Susan Ovitt - 2006

Scott, one of my best friends in college, got married to Susan Ovitt on April 29th, 2006 in Vermont.  Scott & I became friends from nearly the start of our college lives and remained friends throughout the 4 years.  I get to see him every now and then whenever I trek back to Boston.  Scott is always fun and was integral to my enjoyment of college.  I've met Susan only a handful of times, but I can say without any reservation that she is fantastic!  Susan is funny, beautiful, smart and, just like Scott, a lot of fun to be around.  I'm really happy for Scott.  I just wish I was closer so I could spend more time with them...

I was honored to be a part of Scott's wedding and I had a great time.  I thought their wedding was exactly what a wedding should be: elegant, touching... and a hell of a good time.  I even danced... ;-)

The day before the wedding, some of the guys just kinda hung out.	We went to Lake Champlain.  Absolutely gorgeous...	I'm trying to be photo-artistic.  Meh.
Scott's friends are on the ends and his brother is in orange.	We went to Magic Hat brewing.	The microbrew scene in Vermont is picking up a bit.  Still don't have their stuff in OR though.
The man of the hour.  He was pretty excited... just a tiny bit nervous.  On the right is Jeff, another college buddy.	Scott and Susan with Scott's parents.	The bridesmaids are also out on the deck for picture taking.
Steve is another RPI grad... with his lovely wife Danielle.  Now that I look at their site, I realize some of these photos are ripped off.  :-)	Here's the sweetheart couple cutting the cake.  Picture perfect.	Eric talking to Jeff.  All RPI geeks, all the time.  I was in Eric's wedding too and Jeff was his best man.
Steve, Danielle, Amanda and Luis.  Surprise... Luis is also RPI.	Amy & I attended Luis' & Amanda's wedding on July 2, 2005.	They're just so cute.  I seem to have lots of pictures of them.
Lou and me.	I'm hiding behind the centerpiece.  You can see the bottle of liquor that Jeff acquired by stealing one of Scott's shoes.  It's a Polish custom.	And last... we have a striking sunset over the lake.  It was one of the best times I've had in a long time.  Thanks Susan and Scott!
